I recently got my hands on the new Violet Line for gaming by Hataka Hobby...and they are incredible! I tried them out on this marvelous Hulk figure from the Marvel Crisis Protocol game! Hataka Hobby made painting this model a lot of fun, and I only used 6 paints to achieve this super easy but great result. I'd love to do more of these figures if you're interested so let me know who else you'd like to see me paint! If you'd like to to see a basing tutorial for MCP models as well, leave a comment below!

I love your filming setup. A lot of youtube painters have dark or blurry or generally hard to watch tutorials. Yours are bright, centered, and real time, which I appreciate.

Yes, definitely do more MCP painting tutorials! It’s the main game I play and although I watch your other videos for some tips on painting in general, It was good to watch you paint something relevant to what I play/paint.

Most of my marvel models will be done with GW Paints don’t worry. It would probably be my normal style if I had done it. Contrast a wash a a neat layer job.

Great job Andy! Really love the paint job, especially the skin. You're tempting me so much to get the Hulk but at this point in time I can't justify the cost. Would love to see another MCP paint job.

No lie, this is one of the best Hulks I've seen! Really excellent job, though I did wonder if you were going to do finger and toe nails. As for your question, I'd love to see an urban basing tutorial, and as for painting for MCP, how about Proxima Midnight or Black Cat.

Coming in a bit late to this one since I've been off on holiday but I'd love an MCP basing video, I just can't get the city street look quite right. I'd love to see you do Baron Zemo, specifically for his battered leather jacket with fleece trim that I am currently agonising over.

I have already built the hulk buster so should be doing that in a week or so. As for turbo dork they have been in touch and are indeed sending out some paints so I’m looking fixated to getting my hands on them.

The white is really good. I’ve yet to have any bad experiences with these paints. There so strong and vibrant. I’m a big fan.

I've been thinking of getting into the marvel stuff, but I have a big enough pos so I'll just settle for watching these vids for now, also, I've been experimenting with the paint from posca pens, it has intense colour/pigmentation great coverage and a extremely matt finish, I've been glueing dripper bottle ends into the none pen end and putting thimbles with cotton in over them as lids, they end up as funky dripper bottle/pens with built in mixing balls and they are fairly cheap...also there are a lot of colours. I've also been thinking of trying the molotow one4all refill starter-kit-30ml- (paint pen refills), if you want we could both test the refills and do a video comparing the results...I'm launching a channel for my hobbying workshop soon (not this channel) and will be reviewing them for that✌😀

@@MediocreHobbies haha they're acrylic paint pens and refills designed for graffiti type art, I can't put a link to the actual products because youtube doesn't like that sorta stuff, but if you search for molotow one4all refill starter-kit you'll find the paint refills that I think will be interesting to experiment with...the pen wizardry will make for a cool video, mostly just because the range of colours and the properties of the paint, so I'll be sure to tag ya on insta when I upload it :)

Thank man! They’re available through a number of ways, including Amazon(although currently out of stock) but you could try asking your local hobby shop about them. As the brand grows they’ll show up in more shops so if you don’t want to pay for direct shipping, just wait a bit longer!

It's great being able to get the exact shade you want! Look up a good colour wheel, so you understand what colours to mix and start practicing!
