Dyou mean fewer paints? If so, I'd go with Gorthor Brown over Everything leather. Doombull brown over the skin. Leadbelcher on the metal and then Nuln Oil over. Then use the same paints again to pick out details. That'll cover the whole lot to a decent standard but using far fewer paints! I hope that's what you mean!
Mckkeennziiee I feel your pain! Luckily I haven’t bought a paint in years! I’d highly recommend scouting EBay and Facebook trading sites for “army job lots”. They often come with lots of paints!
@@McKeenziiee hi when I first started painting I used the base colours, and then I brought one pot of a bone colour , I mixed that in with my base colours to make a highlight colour it's the cheapest way to paint without spending money on 4 pots of say brown, ivory or bone colour to mix with any of your base colours will create the effect of a lighter tone, don't use white bone colour is best .
