I know and fully agree that when other artist say "the sky is the limit on painting, but to achieve the painting level that Michael has you need no less than 25 to 30 years of experience I have eight would love to do a painting 40% of one of his, best advice I can give an artist, start young...

That depends on what your aspirations are. I mean sure if you wanna get close to this guy you gotta start out young, but if you just wanna paint some nice pictures you can start a bit later in life.
