I'm... painting with wool?! It's actually called needle felting, but yes, we are essentially painting a picture with wool! I've been wanting to try this for MONTHS, and I'm so excited we can go on this adventure together! This is a form of art that is completely NEW to me, so the enthusiasm in this video is very high. Energy overload. Haha. :)

Watching the video as I make a needle felted background. Had to pause to go follow your friend on IG. She is very talented! I'm so glad you found needle felting too. Yes it's time consuming and sometimes you stab yourself (ouch), but it is very relaxing. I listen to music, through headphones, while I do it, because I'm not at asmr person either, so it drowns out the noise, if you do it in future. I love how your piece turned out! Thank you for doing the voiceover. I know people like the ASMR stuff, but I'm one who's bothered by it, so I like that you gave both a bit of the sound at the beginning, and a voiceover at the end. This came out really gorgeous. Needle felting is really easy, just time consuming. Good on you for tackling something new. You can also use brushed out acrylic yarn to needle felt with. I get a lot of it thanks to making doll hair.

I hope your mum liked the felt painting you made her. I really want to learn to make plushies, and I've been impressed by what I've seen of needle felting. However, I don't like the noise or the look of the texture of the wool once stabbed, and I don't know of I should be trusted with sharp needles. Advice on the juggling by the way, learn to juggle one object at a time, don't go straight to three objects.
