We have a sommelier on staff and he will walk you through some easy to remember guidelines when pairing BBQ & Wine. Will has a Burgundy, Syrah, Malbec and a Resiling and will explain how each pairs best with certain Barbeque
First he teaches you to categorize the BBQ recognizing a items could fall into multiple categories.
The four he comes up with is Rich and buttery for brisket, Salty for Pulled Pork, Fatty for sausage and smokey for turkey. Will then gives guidelines for selecting each wine for each of those different types of BBQ.
