Sifu, gracias por explicar ese puño de sierra. Por favor, sube un Video explicando la aplicacion o utilidad de los puños de GANCHO los cuales me recuerdan al puño SOW CHUI del Choi li fut, y otro de las GARRAS DE AGUILA. Gracias

Si hermano, ya tengo ese vídeo listo. Y el gancho Chao Choi es súper, porque puedes utilizarlo en diferentes grados tanto del brazo como de la mano he impactar en diferentes zonas. Pero trato de demostrar lo mínimo básico
