World biggest spice production is from Guntur City of Andhrapradesh....it's called spice chilli capital of world.......I from Andhra Pradesh....... Andhra food is famous for its spicy food..Don't assume that South food is only idly dosa and Vada 😭😭

Kashmiri Mirch is famous for color only, and not in high spiciness, but southern-Indian food is much high on spiciness as compared to general northern food.

Ram Charan was surprised on " Chennai Biryani" 😀 coz, he is a Chennai boy too! Most Telugu, Mallu actors with legacy had their Base in Chennai also, as Chennai had many Film studios and Technicians and other fecilities. Now each South States have their own movie making fecilities, though they share technicians with each other. South movie industry ppl r very close knit.

Handling Andhra spice is not easy. Based on my experience, Andhra dishes are one of the spiciest food in the world. South Indian dishes can be spicy.

If u start learning regional languages and you will know kaun calm hai aur kaun loud hai😎 aur south spicy kyu nahi hoga? Spices ka trade hi south se hota hai, 2500 years ki trading history hai south ki with arabs and european. Kolhapuri dishes are famous for spicy food in maharashtra.

Spices are grown in southern India not in north. North Indian food is not sophisticated, theres only one type of spice in north India ie Garam Masala. In south, there are specific combinations of spices for every dish. Sambar Masala is different from rasam Masala. It's sophisticated. Theres caste differences in food in south India. "Upper caste" eat less spicy vegetarian food which is food is highly sophisticated in accordance with seasons and festivals.

Trust me...I ve lived in both north and south.........and I find south indian food having far more "hot (chilly) " than north......but I love both cousine as they have pretty unique flavours... Remember "spicy" and "Hot" are 2 different things..... Note :- I don't have any bias, because I am neither from south nor from north, I am from the East.......

@@rainbowvideos134 In Karnataka, there are 5 regions. Each region of Karnataka varies in food spiciness. South Karnataka food is totally different from North Karnataka. Coastal Karnataka food is totally different from all others. Same with Malenadu Karnataka food is again different from others. Coorg food is very different from other Karnataka region. In Karnataka alone there is too much variation in food, culture, language, weather. You won't understand that easily if you are North Indian
