Gurukul me parne ke baad kisi insan ko lalach, gussa or hinsa nahi hota inke samne agar koi insan paap karta hai toh woh unhe maaf karna jante hai aur unhe sudharna bhi jante hai aur logo se pyaar se baat karte hai aur unhe bahut prem dete hai yahi sanatan ki niti

This is what sanatan dharam is (Hindu as said by many). In fact hundusim is not a religion; it is a way of living. It tells us that we can do bhakti (devotion) as we like. Bhakti can be with anything be God or no God. These young boys learning our culture is incredible. I don’t even remember when the last time I went temple.

The murti you asked about is of lord Nirsingh dev (nursing dev). He is one of the avatar of lord vishnu. The avatar which appeared prior to lord krishna. Satvik food is very simple or the most simple. 48000 rs is too much. Or say it is a fraud. You can go on any ayurvedic channel on RU-vid you will get the required info. You will amaze how simple and inexpensive it is.

Kuch basic rules hai food preparations ke woh padh kar aap khud pakka sakte hai...aur particular few days follow kar sakte hai jaise jyada tar indians karte hai like non veg one day ya two days a week ,no garlic and onion on Thursday , no tomatoes or anything tangy on Friday's . Monday fasting i.e only fruits ,milk no grain n pulses . Like this

Positive Food - A Sattvik diet, simply, means light and healthy food. Saat-tvik (It supplies the maximum energy to the body and the mind) isme high fiber, low fat hota hai. its a balanced diet. Besically, yeh light and healthy food hai jisme koi extremes of taste nahi hota ( neither too sweet, nor too salty or spicy ) just moderate. Sattvic food woh hai jo - purifies the body and calms the mind. Yeh pure food (not processed) hai jo light in potency, and rich in prana (life force) hota hai aur jo energizes the body and mind. Negetive Foods - All foods produced by harming living beings (such as meat and fish, alcohol etc) are Rajasic or Tamasic Raj-sik (Ye dil-dimag bhatkata hai aur excites passion). Giving up of salt helps in the control of the palate and thereby the mind & will-power..zyada masale, oily (basically jeebh ko achhe lagne waala, zyakedaar) khana. Ye toxins badhate hain blood mei aur insaan ko kuch zyada hi active bhi. Tam-sik (basically stale food - artificial khana, rakhha hua khana, aadha paka hua ya over-cooked / fermented khana etc). Iske khane se - dimag mei anger, darkness and inertia, confusion bhar jaata hai jo insaan ko dark side pe le jati hai aur har galat kaam karne pe uksata hai. basically isme sirf pet bharna hi maksad hai....zyada gaur alcohol aur non-veg - chahe jaisa ho, par rehta hai humko to itna hi pata hai bhai.....isse zyada ke liye ...
