True!! U got it right Although they can only refuel from mid air refueller plane not from each other. Where as Rafales can do it from each other as well

@@aashishchawla6334 it's known as Buddy to buddy refueling , Indian airforce Sukhoi 30 MKI can carry 10000kg of fuel and can refuel 4,5 Tejas / mirage 2000 , even indian navy mig 29ks can do same. It's not hard the external fuel pod can be attached and even Tejas can do same with some modifications. But Rafale , sukhoi, mig 29 Carry more fuel and they can perform in practical.

That was not a commercial jet. It was P8i. It is based on Boeing 737 but they have equipment which are used to hunt submarines. India has About 12 of them and were imported from US

That nozzle you saw in front of the fighter jet plane is for mid air refuelling. Usually planes use 3 sources for fuel. 1. Internal fuel tank- for 30-45 min 2. Drop tanks- Which are hung below the plane and can be dropped anywhere when fuel is finished in them. 1-1.5 hr 3. Mid air refuellers- planes get refuelled in mid air from other refueller planes rather than landing and taking off again and again to refuel

thats one not a comercial plan it is p-8, The P-8 operates in anti-submarine warfare (ASW), anti-surface warfare (ASUW), and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) roles. It is armed with torpedoes, Harpoon anti-ship missiles, and other weapons, can drop and monitor sonobuoys, and can operate in conjunction with other assets, including the Northrop Grumman MQ-4C Triton maritime surveillance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).

Moazzam jo puch raha tha samne kya laga hai. Wo air to air refuleing ke liye hota hai. Fuel khatam hone ke baad zameen par nahi aana padta. Tanker aircrafts udte rehte hai, usse firse air me hi refill ho jata hai fighter aircraft.
