Thier combat efficiency test sounds pretty challenging! I'm in the Marines and we have a thing called the CFT which stands for Combat Fitness Test and that is challenging in it's own way. I'd like to attempt this fitness test myself one of these days.

Let me tell you about COMBAT EFFICIENCY TEST, It is the one part of PACES COMPETITION organized by pakistan armt PACES Directorate after every 2yrs,more then 35 countries from all over the world participating in this competition, Pakistan is never beaten in this competition yet by any country, The current records by Pakistan army in 2nd International PACES championship and 7TH PACES YOUNG SOLDIERS COMPETITION is as under, 1.push ups 1178(15 minutes) 1920(30min) 2. Pullupps 975(in one go with out leaving the bar or touching the gr) 3. Sit ups 2240(30minutes) 1245(15 minutes) 4. CET/CFT(as shown in the vedio is 43sec complete this 165m distance with 11 obstacles and hitting all 5 bullets at range of 25 meters) 5. Running record is of South Africa (2miles/3200meter in 8.58 minutes) Remember that one player participate in one event will complete all these events and then the combine nmbrs of individual will be added in team marks. Wow!!! This is sooooo cooool!!! I wish there were military training available for civilians in Pakistan...to promote civil and self defense...are there any such opportunities??
