I was echoing this yesterday that jadeja going by what he has done over the last 15 years just like virat and rohit because all these 3 played U19 the same year or more or less in the same period and looking at jadeja's fielding where his out fielding and catching which was never in doubt by any means he faltered on a couple of occasions which clearly shows that age is catching up with you so it is high time he should also call it quits at least in T20 and here it comes- this is what i respect our players they know exactly when and how to slowly move out with dignity and self respect and honor. We have no doubt that every vaccuum created will be filled in due course- which country would ever imagine leaving out players of the caliber of gill, shreyas iyer, rinku, rahul and many more, now it is their chance to grab and prove worthy successors of rohit and virat and jadeja. As they say every product has a shelf life and they know exactly when it is the last day and maybe in another year or two they will bid adeu to cricket and thier international careers when they think is the right time of course maintaining their respect and reputation and being honest with themselves. Salute to Jaddu . You have done your part and let the younger generation carry your baton forward.

Australia post Packer when their team was split and seniors retired; got a new young team. They win 1987 WC. India after 2007 WC exit and Greg Chappel era reconstituted the team and won in 2011. Eng after Adelaide 2015 wins 2019 WC after they introduced a new brand of cricket. Probably there are lessons to be learnt from all these teams.
