You are wrong here Players are only responsible for their bad performance, You need to give Big run to new players no doubt they will fail sometimes but your old players are also failing. If new players can't perform after given enough opportunities then you can think about replacement. but if your premium players are not performing you have to drop them and tell them to go and play domestic cricket gain your form and come back.
