Ap ye bata rhy ho mere ghr ka bill units ky hisab se 560rs our fpa dal ky our pata ni kon kon se texas dal ky 1879 rs total cost bill hei khaan 560 rupy khaan 1879 rupy bato jo rent py rehta ho wo bhi lhr mai tu kiya khaye ga kiya de ga our in se bhar kr garmiyon mai ye double ho jata hei FPA tex other texas bhi waja ac ya room cooler chalny se mazy ki bat humry ghr mai garmi mai 6 hours ac chalta hei wo bhi time to time koi laga tar ni us py bill ata hei 20 hazar total cooler lga lo tu non stop tu bhi 9 10hazar khain ni gya bill 😒😓😏

کیس کا فیصلہ عوام کے حق میں ہو گا ؟ ہوا تو اس پہ عمل درآمد کون کروائے گا ؟

A fuel cost adjusted unit prices for every month shall be calculated on the basis of average fuel prices actually recorded for 3 months. For example, a fuel cost adjusted unit price calculated on the basis of (actual recorded) average fuel prices from January to March, shall be applied to electricity fees for June. In this video the uploader explained very well but he may be unintentionally ignored that unit cost is acual cost of the unit from generating to end customer, so where is a profit of electric companies? In short FPA is a major income for IPP's and not the unit cost. FPA is already being practiced in different countries where private organizations are generating OR transmitting electricity. But yeah there is no doubt that pakistan uses expensive source to generate electricity such as crude oil. Therfore we have to pay more FPA because FPA depends on fuel prices which may increase or decrease.

Kindly explain that why FPA of previous months charged in current month bill ? Current FPA should be charged on current bill .. i m receiveing 9 months old FPA adjusted in my current bill why ?
