Pakistan's domestic cricket system is in a mess . Everytime there is a change in the government , there is change in leadership of the PCB. The new people in charge dismantle whatever the previous management had done . Departmental cricket , an important source of income for pakistan's domestic cricketers was abolished . There is no consistency or long term planning and this shows in all aspects of Pakistan's Cricket - batters , fast bowlers, spinners .

Pcb can’t manage our fast bowlers

Why bowling isn’t doing well compared to past 1) the bats have gotten bigger 2) a lot more money thrown at them in PSL and other contracts for half the effort they become a sensation 3) fielding has been lack luster there’s no sense of urgency and training has been lack luster so a good wicket if it does come doesn’t convert into a catch 4) the pace is lacking too since bowling coaches aren’t legends like wasim n waqar 5) a lot more studying of bowling action then back in 90s n 80s the opponents can always learn frame by frame every movement in slow motion a lot more tech is involved in this studying of bowlers not to mention the 3 circles in fielding also causes problems 😅😅 it’s become a batsman game cuz of insane funding by BCCI and ICC
