The secret of their longevity is apricot and milk products, in the past they used to make bread with apricot flour and the only oil available was apricot oil since this area was out of reach. Apricot oil is full of Omega 3.

One of them was saying , the secret of his long life is , cool atmosphere, kind people and PURE water . Ohh man ... When you went to meet the oldest person of the village , You see the channal water is dusty and water is polluted water flowing out side if the Senior person's home. One the is irritating and very commercial mind the people , the guide says , you have to pay some money to then .

Well, the Hunza Valley has become a very popular tourist destination, and therefore, some of the locals have learned to try and make money out of the visitors, like in many other places in the world. After all, it's a major source of income for them.

The upper Hunza the people who speaks WAKHI language Not Brushiski , he is little aggsagirated a bit about shimshal. valley . There's cold I had been there but not that much , as the local person Karim claimed.
