House is good but its good for commercial purpose more like a hotel can be used as a luxury vacation spot with 1000 dollar room rent per day. The best part is the open area with glass roof amazingly built rest is just fine using too much imported products makes it too overpriced. Anyway whoever builds it its a good masterpiece but only purpose is luxury guest house or hotel or whatever u call it.

Even if it's booked 365 days a year it'll only generate 365k dollars which isn't even 1 percent of ROI. So it's definitely not worth it for listing for rent etc.

Plus the maintenance and all would never cover up the actual place woth rents and etc. Putting such a huge investment for gradual ROI is not a option. Reselling it on the other hand might be an option but it's very difficult to fulfill in that aswell

And for us to presume that it will be fully booked for all rooms all year around doesn't even sound sane. Apart from this, the maintenance cost of the building and all, the workers, the bills and much more to be covered will be a huge burden. Plus it's not even build like a hotel rather it's a house

Rs 24229 per Sq feet. Not very costly. Hospitality Sector may step in for making it a Private Club... Great Architecture and Interiors. 27x Bed Rooms can generate min 17 lakh daily, making it any where 500 million rental a year plus conference room rent..with strong media team back up.. this house would be free of cost after 5 years.... did i miss anything... keep it up
