I am from TN i live in Saudi Arabia now . There is City only very good infrastructure but you go to outside the City village you tell this is real Saudi Arabia. But I can easily say Indian villages is better than Saudi Arabia villages specially South Indian villages. I don't go north india .so I can't say .but here very good.. you see every villages have schools hospitals every 20 km have College bus stand railway sation etc. But there is nothing only showing medias citys only
