I'm from Vizag, city of many beaches, city of destiny, city of mountains, city of industries, etc street food is famous like Idly, dosa, sea foods and many more those who comes from all over India likes to settle in Vizag.
I am from Hyderabad, Vishakapatnam is about 650 km from here. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana used to be one State till 2014. A National Highway connects both states. There are number of trains, busses and ofcourse flights. Both states mother tongue is Telugu. I have visited vishakapatnam also known as Vizag number of times. Bus and train journey is 10 to 12 hour and flight takes one hour twenty minutes. Vizag has an international airport. Vizag has Ship building fecility. It's the same port where Pakistanis Gazi submarine was sunk. It has beautiful beaches 5 star hotels. Famous for fishing. From here prawns and species are exported to Singapore and Japan. Many Telugu, Tamil and Hindi films were shot on these beaches. Nearby mountains produce coffee beans also known as Araku valley coffee and being exported to many countries. What else it's beautiful and economically strong.💐💐 place.

I am a localite. Ur famously launched Submarine Ghazi is here in Vizag safe and secure. Pak cricket team played here twice. Both games Pak lost. One gavra birth to a future legend and an all time great A certain MS DHoni who flayed the Pak attack all over the ground in 2005 . Young Mahela Jayawardene scored a class century in 1999 helping SRL to beat Pakistan. City is beautiful, multi cultural and peaceful....Any One from Pak can come and have a good time here once our relations get better.

I studied in Vizag and worked there for a decade. It's a beautiful city. Also peaceful city. This city was targetted by Ghazi submarine in 1971 Indo-pak war. Fortunately the submarine was destroyed on its own and the city was saved. You wouldn't have seen this video, had Ghazi was successful. God saved Vizag city.
So glad that you did this on Vizag city….Remember this city had laid ties between India and Pakistan…may be not in a healthy way …but in a deeper sense…yes it did….Vizag is the head quarters of eastern naval command…a prominent port city with natural harbour…and yes…the Ghazi submarine was said to be drowned very close to this seashore….but the reasons for it were yet unknown…thank you once again…all the best…oh by the way I’m from Vizag…
