Tathipeeth is made of flour made from roasted bajara, chana, chaval, jowar . Dough added spices and onions. Bhaajani means roasted lentils... its very healthy breakfast

Mumbai Vadapao is original vadapao and IS supposed to be simple...the other vadapaos you ate were unncessarilu buttered version...the vada pao is a common mans food and is supposed to be simple and affordable withouut unnecessarily pan frying in butter etc

Misal Pav is very underrated. It’s one of the staple dishes of Maharashtra but for some reason, it’s not as popular as other items. Nothing beats steaming hot misal pav with extra “cutt” on a rainy day!

Aram vada pav - you have to make the Vada pav by putting the green n red chutney in the pav n place the vada in it. That's how you are supposed to eat and take small bites of the green fried chili. Amazing taste

You need to apply green and then red dry chutney inside bread and then put vada. Misal Mamledar misal, Thane. Also visit Ashok Vada Pav, Kirti College, Dadar.

So not the way to have a vada pav. Best vada pavs are had from local side street vendors and not such hotels. And it won't cost u more than 15-20 Rs. And pls dont compare vada pav and paw bhajis from other states.. they are not original stuff.. on in and around Bombay will u get the original taste. Have fun bro..🎉
