Not really!! The most expensive city of the US is Bay Area / Silicon Valley/ San Francisco California !! The homes that are $1.5 million in NY are $4.5 million in California 😂 California is the most expensive state in the US !! The biggest economy

I live in Long Island, very expensive but had options to move to Dallas, Orlando etc, but I love American style with Desi options. Love it here. Even though average house tax is around 15 k yearly upto 35k

Chandio Sahab can't stop showing his bigotry in every other video. The lady only asked him where he was from? And he had to pass his passive-aggressive comments "Karachi bhe Sindh may hay..". When did she claim it isn't? Why so insecure when it comes to urban and rural sindh? In another video, he made a comment "Ab konsay muhajir?" When a lady shared her background. Who the hell is he to question someone's identity? Similarly, he had an issue with press covering high crime in Karachi and not talking about Sindh. Even though I agree that more needs to be done, bring peace in rural Sindh too, and i feel for our Sindhi brothers. However, what's the need to make it a competition? Who is in power in Sindh? I wish the best for him and appreciate his work. I hope he can reflect a bit more and think about what he says since he's a public figure now.

I somewhat agree with you. Mr. Chandio's case is a stark reminder of the importance of a strong educational foundation and quality reading habits. Brother Chandio's limited vocabulary and narrow-mindedness, count him as "teng nazzer" personality, he paints a disturbing picture of himself. no wonder I believe his shortcomings embarrass our entire community. Isn't education supposed to broaden one's mental horizons? Sorry ! Without a love of reading and a well-developed vocabulary, how can one ever hope to succeed?

Imtiaz bhai, you have done many vlogs so far but one area that you’ve not covered is: how can a non US citizen get a business visa, business residency from Uk, Europe and rest of the world, in particular UK. Usually you require almost $1m to get full settlement but there are other B2 visas and other type of visas available for foreigners which cost much less than $1m. Please can you cover this aspect of visa opportunities for people who want to enter the US market but can’t afford the hefty $1m settlement fees. Please explore all options kindly. Jaza Kallah

Queens is the most expensive area overall, the real estate market is among the top 3 in US.
