Satvik food is fit for Sadhus and people who want to become ascetics(Sanyaas). Youth should eat Rajsik and Tamsik food for defense, sports, etc of the country.
There is no pakistani or Bangladeshi food they got saperated in the name of religion that doesn't create a new cusine, music or dance form ...all they had are copy of india culture. Don't listen false historians about indian food ..
