I tell you what, guys, your pakistani css aspirants also follow our indian online study courses. Like study iq , khan gs , unacademy, vision ias , vajiram etc . I also watched your css mocks on RU-vid. But dont take it in the wrong way, but css Mocks level is pretty low as compared to upsc . It's not even equal to uppsc .

Fun fact : unacademy has 5000 offline ( medical , IIT, government prep , upsc ) class room center with word class tech and teachers all center looks same across India

Rajendra Nagar is walking distance from my place......its true..u see all students in the streets....early in the morning there are variius poha stalls in tge street which is a hit amongst students.. .

But tumhara woh limited syllabus hai na. Tumhe pata ha exam kein kya surely ayega. Upsc mein bahot jayda syllabus hai aur exam unpredictable. Agar upsc chahe toh 50 questions sirf current affairs se pooch le. Karlo yaad ,kitna karoge? Kahi na kahi se confusing question aa hi jate hain. Toh isliye upsc jayda risky hai medical se

I am interested in people who fail to get into UPSC or other such exams. These failed students have a acquired a lot of knowledge during their study and would make great candidates for private industry or even state governments to hire. That is a resource that employers should exploit because they are readily available. If necessary, the coaching industry can offer a specific skillset development as an extension to the UPSC coaching. For example, knowledge of building codes, municipal regulations,, etc. are very useful and a skill not easily available.

IAS IPS IFS officers are corrupt. Nothing much to gain from such videos. India needs to change the British system of electing these people to high office. We need people of impeccable moral and ethical values. There is no need for any exam. They should have proved their merit on ground in villages, Districts etc. We also needs a bottoms up approach not top down. Latter was put in place by the British to rule India.

Nope. The system that the British put together was the same system that they had in Britain for the ICS candidates. Everything is not related to some grand scheme to rule India. Recruitment is always a formal process, otherwise the scope for corruption is immense. I don't know how one identifies merit apart from exams and that is what this is.
