Sadguru's teaching was not for male or female. He was taking about quality of human being whether he/she should have balanced both masculine and feminine qualities. Agar aap eg.jyada dominant nature ke ho to ...aap ke andar ke feminine quality jo caring karna wo usko develop karna chahiye.

Sadguruji talked about masculine and feminine, not about male and female. Everybody wants to be masculine to be successful. Even if when any woman thinks of getting successful and she goes out, she tries to be masculine. and he asked why one can not get success with feminism in this world. that will save the world.

Sorry to say that you havent understood Sadguru, he said about Masculine and Feminine. Feminine represents caring, loving, compassion etc.. were as Masculine represents different traits. In the race to compete Men, Women should not become Masculine which is serious damage to the human society
