27:55 baatis can be eaten in a different way, first break the bati in 2-halves, press to shrink its fillings to make space for supportive ingredients and then stuff the supportive ingredients, and then eat... it makes for a good taste.

Stepwells are of course found in Harappa, Mohenjo-Daro and all Indus valley sites, it is one of the significant features of urban planning in Indus valley... however they are in dilapidated or ruined form.

ADALAJ NI VAV construction started at the end of 15th century by Rana Veer Singh of Vaghela dynasty. A year later Veer Singh died in a battle against Mohammed Begda. Begda had heard about Rana's extremely beautiful wife Rani Roopbha. She wanted to kill herself on Rana's pyre but Bagda persuaded her not to, and asked her to marry him. Roopbha agreed on condition that Bagda complete the construction of the stepwell (for the people), and if she was alive. Bagda had it completed almost exactly as the Stepwell had been planned. When it was complete, Bagda invited Roopbha to come and see the Stepwell. Roopbha went to the site, and circumambulated the well, performed a Puja, and then she jumped into the well killing herself.

In India there is a difference in Highways and Expressways..Expressway are access controlled where 2 wheelers are not allowed..Hence you will not be able to see India's Expressways in Abrar's videos...There are no signals on Expressways. Speed limits on Express ways are more than Highways..
