There are more than 700 people involved in broadcasting. It's not that easy to move venues. Thats why even in bilaterals, venues are never changed. Change of venue is a logistical nightmare and involves lot of cost, which can cause heavy economic losses.

US Absolutely deserves to be in super 8.i wasn't much into these matches and usually don't watch t20 WC. It's only after pak vs us i started to watch. Funny thing is i look forward to us matches more than India's.
