Thankyou for the recipe food fusion, i treid it and it turned out really really tasty. Simple, rich and delicious. Only the water quantity mentioned was less, instead of three cups it needed at least 6 cups to cook on low heat. Definitely gonna make it again!
Tried this recipe and it turned out amazing. A few changes I made: halved the recipe as we are a small family, added thinly sliced potatoes in the pakoras and added slices garlic for baghar instead of chopped. It truly was delicious and I generally never like Pakora Kadhi.
I usually follow my mom’s recipe but As i like food fusion recipes so I tried making using the above recipe. I think Food Fusion team should go and recheck the ingredients because the besan, yoghurt and water quantiies as shown in the recipe dont give the same result. I had to add a lot of water as it started to thicken right away and i think in 1and Half hour it is done . Thanks

I tried this recipe today came out very delicious no doubt. Further i adjusted the amount of salt and spice according to my taste and also the water quantity as the water was getting dried up in the end it was damn delicious. Thanks to food fusion never disappoints
I tried this recipe and I had to add 7 cups waters and food fusion mentioned 3. Huge difference. Either they should have lower the quantity of besan or added more water

I try a lot of your recipes and all turns out to be amazing.. But this recipe I made yesterday had a flaw. Only 3 cups water was insufficient that becomes too thick that I had to add a lot of water and yes salt was less as well.

@craftsandmore5348 1 kg dahi, 3 tablespoons baisan and 1 litre water when starting. You can adjust its thickness afterwards. The only thing that matters is cooking time, which is so reduced in pressure cookere

Today I made curry pakora as per your recipe and it's delicious. It took 3 hrs, I want to correct the recipe. 3 cup of water not sufficient after mixing masala and besan dahee. I poured 6 cup and was able to complete the cooking of curry
i do roast besan like this but also add huldi,lal mirch all dry masala too with it then mixed in dahi with adrak lehson and cooked like same it the end baghar only it takes no longer tym to ready. just half to 1hour and done and taste also good my jhat pat kadhi pakoras
