@@chad2687 Originally VII had ridiculous movement. Then they nerfed that. Then they made mag dump absurdly broken. Then they nerfed his gun. Now they've nerfed his movement again. VII now has no movement and no damage, so why would you pick him? They either need to give him good movement with good damage. Or crazy movement with bad damage. Giving him bad damage and bad movement at the same time makes him awful.

It seems like they want to BUFF him but instead NERFED him. Vii NEEDS his 2nd hook, if they want to buff him we can do without the grappling someone towards you ( they can put that on a talent, its not the preferred playstyle anyway to play with or against ) just give him a small damage increase or cooldown reduction BUT LEAVE TRIBUNAL UPGRADES AS IT IS WITH 2 GRAPPLING HOOKS PLEASE
The game is in unplayabe state for SEA players right now due to servers keep kicking players back to lobby. Currently there is no other options to play the game either as EU servers (which are the closest server next to SEA) constantly having 250-300 pings, which started being this way 2 months ago (before the ping was around 90-130 which was perfectly playable). Tl:DR this update doesn't matter to SEA players as they are quitting the game one by one. Hi-Rez, please buy a superglue and hold on your servers together.
I think if they keep the rejuv change, without it fighting against cauterize, the new meta might be everyone gets blood bath so you can actually get proper healing lol
Yep it should give you some sort of passive while not in ult, like movement speed, or have mini Aura that applies darkness around Maeve like a mini ult, or the best they could do is make the ult activate at 50% but have duration halfed
They should just put sj back look at them in 3 months nerfing back cat burglar bc it’ll be too broken bc people just spam prowl and just destroy people. Sj was never op people are just bad playing against maeve. And most of the times the tanks would get insta healed and you coudlnt pull off the execute. I would have preferred them to lower the execute treshold rather than making this stupid talent that no one will use
As a resonance ying main, i see this update as a complete Win. Rejuv X Bloodbath will be insane (with motivation on top). Also the new Armor Plating change is really good, because it directly buffs any CC character (Jenos Grip 'bout to pop-off)
Also one thing is like to see happen to her ult is the target is not able to be healed during the execute or it calculates what it'll do at the start rather than animation swing. Reason being is you can execute someone at 40% health and they get 1 heal barely putting them over the threshold and now the ult is useless and it locks you place and you're an easy kill

Caspian's 2 second cripple makes sense. In the case of Vora getting her cripple off, that's just an added bonus to the various reasons you'd use her siphon. Rogue's tempo having a cripple makes caspian more viable at close range, because then people can't just run from him to where as he now has to potentially waste his deadly momentum to secure a kill. Vora isn't even a melee-oriented character and she gets sustain off of her cripple. Bad example, make caspian great again
At some point seris will have 6 talent reworked in her base kit and nobody will bat an eye. The damage buff aster stun. In a year it will be 5% more damage on base kit. The faster heal? In a year it will be increased heal in the first 0.5, but decreased in the later second, still the same amount. Like bruh this Chara ter is already one of the more loaded character with all the effects she can give and use based on charges. Like different way of getting speed. Amo. Stun. Damage and health boost. Single target heal, area heal.
Ow PvE on events and custom modes were my favorite modes, glad that they are working on it, but not sure if they should be focusing on that instead of focusing on the broken serves. Not a fan of most of the balances changes, mainly in the item shop, but at least they are on pts to play and test.
I really like the Makoa change, the Maeve change and the Tiberius change, but what I would have liked for Tib is that they rework his animation while he jumps and make it look like a real a tiger who jumps, the starting animation should look like a real tiger, nothing to worry about just a little twist it won't add anything to his gameplay just a better animation. And man they really need to do something with VII maybe rework all his talents or his base kit without making him trash or OP.
i mean it would be serious too strong. one person(the support) buying an item to basicly give 4 persons(and urself) a level 3 item for free? it would be way too strong. i hope they do it tho with a smaller % like 5-7. the reju with more output without cautfight is just too weak

remember that 20,000 health Yagorath bug... yea that. we need that. have 1 player as yagoath and for each person she eat with her ultimate grow her health and size while planted. the Yagorath change for truly talented is interesting. like I said, you should buy unbound first. cards like Extermination and Shimmering are getting a massive buff read the rejuvenate note "This version also would now be properly affected by Anti-Healing, meaning it's overall strength is lowered to compensate for only 1 person in an average composition needing to purchase it, as well as providing us a more predictable sandbox to continue our goal of reducing the reliance on healing." also need to rejuvenate change works with cards. A lot of the changes I said before, that added like the one with Evie. I am just saying, the ice witch should Freeze. it should be a slow, freeze into frozen. I am open to the Kinessa changes. as I said, each champion should have 1 talent that is ultimate base. Makoa has been Eat well. My idea was giving his swing range. VII is like Vora now but hitscan. I don't mind this. if you use your movement to get in or to pull them, you should be able to be punished for that. also now you can't just spam it to fly across maps.
I have a question about rejuvenate: does it work on cards? So lets say i have a card that heals me for 100hp for whenever i do something. Then if i buy rejuv, does it make the card heal me 30% more?
In regards to the whole armor plating being disabled while in CC. No clue if it was intended but I did test if Blind disabled armor plating on enemies on PTS, unless its bugged (which might be), it didn't disable armor plating. Which leads me to think that only hard cc affects armor plating, and not effects like slow. Also Rejuv seems to not be affecting ying's clones in pts, hopefully they patch that soon lol.
I really dislike the armor plating change. Understanding crowd control in this game is already complicated, over complicated how armor plating too. If they felt it was an OP item they should have just further reduce its numbers. Imagine being a new player and trying to understand different CCs and what items you should buy depending on the enemy team. In casual we already see so many players just buying random items that doesn’t makes sense, unintentionally trolling the team. I don’t think EvilMojo understands that the majority of the players are casual players who don’t necessarily spend time to watch Andrew’s videos to understand different CC affects and what items to buy. I’m a seasoned player but even I had trouble figuring out if I should buy sentinel or unbound for Evie’s ult. At the point the game is just becoming way too complicated and the no. of players is already low. Nerfing armor plating this way gives no benefit.🤷♂️
@@kusolp544 they can buff it. Its was always bad that Tanks needed to buy an item to get more heal bc a real 2 heal meta is not fun and not possible. Tanks have now 1 item more to buy and healers have more item variations too. And all the healer hybrids can increase there heal too.
I always thought Power supply was bad due to the amount of points you are putting into it, unless you put all 4 points into it, you are barely gonna make it proc due to the lower health
A lore accurate Yagorath boss fight would be NUTS!! Imagine choosing a team and going against this just HUGE Yago model that has awesome Dark Souls like choreographed dodgeable attacks! Massive pools of acid, big slams, raining tooth thorns!! If only Evil Mojo had the budget to hire the people necessary to make it good... WHY DID THIS AWESOME GAME HAVE TO BE UNDER HI-REZ CONTROL!!! I would rather like to have Vii stealth and wall latch to trigger by holding jump. as a passive... and have itlast as long as you hold jump... so you could just jump on a wall and hold it to enter stealth.

Street justice for the win. What the hell is that nerf. Bruh. I get the nerf. But I don't get the execution. Its great. Amazing even it's a good idea. But that's bad now. Midnight shouldn't last 6 second as the passive buff. Maybe make midnight cost 50% at activation. And then it drain, and be cancelable. This way you can manage qlay spree better. Like making midnight a ressource you can spend. Just as a base kit buff for lave could be amazing. Or make thexecute at 15% base kit. And the 40% with the ult buff the talent. Idk this one seem worst.
Why did they kill Nessa’s mines… The card was good, but now you have to choose for a special talent to damage more than one target and that’s is embarrassing It worked in a proper way with a card. Since now you are disabled with teleporting bc you have to opt for another talent instead of instant tp
Rejuv change is scary. The rest seems fine enough I guess, but a lot of the shifts honestly don’t have me exited. PVE will be super fun at least, and the other changes are at least mediocre even if not good
reju is weak as. lets say u get 1000 heal in lategame at 90% caut so u get 100 heal. with the support buying reju3 u only get 130. which is next to nothing

why take rejuvenate when you can take bloodbath??? example grohk... bloodbath with trigger on any assist you get from people within your totem range... and gonna heal both the target and yourself... with true heal... so... ya you could take rejuvenate to buff it after... but still....
reju is technicly more consistent. dont get me wrong the new reju is hot shit kinda but bloodbath and lethality and triggere had the elem problem. as long as u dont get elems u dont get the effect. lets say the enemy have a great defense and u rarely get picks. then ur elem based cards/items are useless. if u getting steamrolled those items are meh and if ur farming the enemy(like crazy good flanks killing many eenmys) its really strong
you complained last time that VII was still too mobile... that's good they removed 1 charge so now he can't jsut fly all afound more than any other champions... it'S stupid that VII is more an area champion than evie and willow...
PVE should not be fighting against other paladins champions, we should be fighting some npc's/enemies that we have never seen before and with new but simple kits. Something like abysmal enemies that have classes like tanks, flanks, etc. Otherwise it just feels like we're playing in those training modes. The PVE looks boring as hell.
