I was pleasantly surprised---I thought from the exterior of this house we would be taken inside to an over stuffed----over draped and excesses of gold leaf---What a lovely surprise a modern twist to art deco---Beautifully done and the gardens just phenomenal

Hallways in this home are beautiful the furniture I know some of the designer design is beautiful furniture. I just caught it with the green chairs and the gold amazing amazing furniture, detailed inside this home the creation of the ceiling, the lights, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the hallways the closet everything is just perfect. It’s beautiful. This is actually just pure love indulge and elegant. But home is manageable and it’s private as well and the glow is just more beautiful as you see the fire and you can sit there with your love and see the passion and see the views views of California coast line at night just amazing. it is Newport Beach the best. 👑💯

I was pleasantly surprised with this residence. The master bedroom along with the luxurious on-suite was amazing! The simplicity of the interior created a spacious environment of peace and tranquility.... I love this place as it is perfect for one person maybe with a Godly woman yo share it with(if they still exist, she wouldn't be in OC) - you wouldn't need to visit the Pelican Hills Resort.... simply stunning! ❤

the pool was done right. but a couple of things for houses of this caliber I almost NEVER see (that my buddy did with his 300 thous. house in the eighties. 1) round off a lot of the corner edges; it rests the eyes, and 2) setup the front entrance so you not completely in the house once past the doors. puts the house ike Castle Kyoto: once in, your home invader is both trapped and confused.

69 million? Is the owner high? The properties right next door sell for about half that, or less than half that. The house right next to it listed for 28 million and it is 13,500 square feet with the same amenities and just as beautiful, just not quite as large. Hideously overpriced.
