*Ingredients:
- 500 grams of minced meat (beef, chicken, or lamb)
- 250 grams of fresh spinach (palak), chopped
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle.
2. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for a minute.
4. Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
5. Add minced meat and cook on medium heat until browned and cooked through.
6. Mix in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted and well combined with the meat.
7. Sprinkle garam masala, stir well, and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
