Palak paneer is THAT healthy dish which tastes delicious!
Ingredients used:
2 bunches of spinach/palak, around 6 cups
250 paneer, cubed
1 and half onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 green chillies
-1tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
-1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
-1 tsp jeera powder
-1 and half tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
