Hello Guys,
Welcome to "Perpetual's Kitchen".
Today I will be showing you that how to make this delicious & crispy "Palak Paneer Roll"😊
☛FOR BATTER:-
* Take 3 tbsp of gram flour in a bowl.
* Add 1 tbsp of corn flour.
* ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
* ½ tsp Cumin powder.
* ¼ tsp turmeric powder.
* A pinch of asafoetida.
* ¼ tsp Carom seeds.
* Salt to taste.
* Mix it well.
* Add little water & mix it well to get the perfect consistency of the batter.
* Our batter is ready.
⬗Method:-
* Take 200 grams of Paneer (Cottage Cheese), cut it in a rectangular shape & transfer the pieces in a bowl.
* Now add 2 tbsp of schezwan chutney and mix it well.
* Take a piece of paneer & wrap it with a spinach leaf & seal it with the help of a toothpick.
* Now dip the palak paneer roll into the batter & fry it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
OUR CRISPY "PALAK PANEER ROLL" IS READY TO SERVE😊
