The best thing about your videos is that we get to see what the place and the food actually is like. No flashy editing, no useless posing. And i love how easily you mix with the locals and show us their culture in such details. Respect and love for you sir🙏❤️
Many thanks to Sri Anubhav and Anika for this leisurely food walk. It brings back fond memories of one of my favorite towns in H.P. I resided in Bir 1995-98, and many times visited nearby Palampur on shopping errands, etc, and of course enjoyed dining in town and would take home Palampur sweet cakes. I remain indebted to a wise homeopathic physician there who cured a bad case of gout. Pranams from the Uttarakurus (FI), where I now live.
Most of the small towns have lost this kind of charm owing to the race for development. But after watching this video, it seems that Palampur has somehow preserved that small town charm of it. It's almost like going back in time when things were simpler in every small town, choices were lesser and people were not always in a hurry and had time to enjoy small joys of life. Thanks for making such nice videos.
Please provide the basic information about the place and it's significance before starting the culinary journey as it would be helpful to the audience.
😭😭😭😭😭 missing... away for 20 years..... Childhood Memories to First date at joy. Chand public school 😭 i think I will never back to Palampur. Sadness 😢 like storms
I'm immensely pleased to see this reporting on Joy Restaurant in Palampur town. I've seen this place growing since mid 1975, brought to this level by the sheer hard work of the two brothers, who happens to be such decent individuals in their own ways. Joy represents a characteristic feature of this once upon a small town that has been peaceful, serene, and a happy place to visit or live in. 'Joy' indeed is a pride to Palampur town, and the exclusiveness of the place, despite being a small establishment, remains highly creditable to the family that has given soul to this wonderful hygienic eatery, as well as the way it is run. .
My hometown is Palampur. I have been living in Germany past 5years, unfortunately I didn't visit my hometown for a long time but seeing these vlogs keep me in touch with my hometown.. Thanks to you guys 🙏🙏 Keep going 🤝 Good luck for your upcoming vlogs.. Love you guys!!!! 🤜🤛
Almost all big restaurant owners of plmpr oppose street vendors in one voice and debar them from opening small street food stalls, that's why there are no street vendors in the whole town. Moreover, they charge exorbitant prices which are out of budget for many...
The charm and the energy in Anika's face were entirely different compared to other series of Himanchal. Nonetheless, Anubhav is always setting an example in food vlogging. Though truly loved the cuisines & the simplicity of food.
Mr. Anubhav thanks for your videos. The content is worth watching. Just a sincere suggestion. Monitor the volume of music fed into your videos. Its harsh and have to continuously use the remote volume button.
