Hi, Anna! The weather was not good last Oct 27-Nov 1, 2022 when I visited Palawan. Generally, it's rainy season in the Philippines during "BER" months so I would be great if you visit Palawan during summer ( January to April) 😊

Thanks, for subscribing! 😊 Honestly, they didn't ask for any travel requirements when I went there last Oct 27-Nov 1 2022 since Puerto Princesa is already open for all inbound passengers during that time. They didn't even ask for a Vaccination Card/Certificate upon check-in. ( Assuming that you are coming from Puerto Princesa airport :) ) As for me, I just booked my accommodation ahead before going there but they didn't ask for it nor for an SPASS registration 😊
