They just announced an intimate US tour, Europe dates are also already for sale and Palaye also said something about US tour for September/October as well as touring in Japan/AU/NZ (I guess in early May, even though that's pretty spontaneous at this point) , they should be announced soon. Festival Dates are also out xD they are def the best act I've ever seen live (and I've seen a lot)!
