I hope things get better for you soon, mate (just know you have brought happiness and intrigue to thousands of people), and we all thank you so much for that ❤
Been here since paleorewind 2021. Been wonderful watching you you grow from less than a thousand subs too nearly 200 k. Here’s to another here of paleoanalysis
Brother you’re one of the people who inspired me to get into content creation myself. You’re amazing and everyone here loves and supports you. Hope 2024 is going better.
I really like this channel because it perfectly explains complex concepts to laymen, while still keeping it more professional. God I don’t like channels where people are still bragging about pterosaurs not being dinosaurs when anyone who’s not a 5 yo knows it.
Ikr, most of the barebones basics of what are and are not dinosaurs has been well covered in the PBS cartoon Dinosaur Train 🚂 🦖🦕🚂🦕🦖😆 (which I watched with my children for years and found to be quite endearing) that happens to have a very catchy song about what is and is NOT a dinosaur during the age of the dinosaurs....
I discoved you just a week ago and have already seen all of The entire History of the world and Ill continue----mate, great thanks for this perfect mix of super-interesting content and humor. Very much appreciated.
You are easily my favorite channel when it comes to this sorta content. It's such top tier quality. With epic vibes. Great insight & knowledge. I really appreciate your work dude
Sucks that the year has been so rough for ya. My girlfriend and I are huge fans of your channel and we really appreciate you continuing through the rough spots. We've learned so much and you've actually inspired us to do some fossil sleuthing near flaming gorge and Kemmerer Wyoming. Before you get any hate mail, Popo Agie is pronounced "pa-po-shah" or "pa-po-jah" if you prefer. I live near the river and the namesake and people are very serious about the pronunciation, lol.
Happy New Year to you paleo guy Love you show Love Tim Tim. Ain't you still kind to have flounder eyes but not really. You have great content I love how you present your information. You give us lots of knowledge and insight into the Paleo world. My favorite episodes are the ones where you're back in time And you're moving forward slowly but surely In evolving. continue the great work that you do.
Thank you - many times for your lessons. I value these almost as much as the food I eat. I admire you. You are contributing to our education. Thank you so much.
I love your content dude! I just discovered you this year and i love it so much. I watch your videos every day. Today i made my SO watch your whole history of the world series. To my surprise he LOVED it. He normally hates educational content but you had him laughing and enthralled. Thank you!!
I love seeing a new video from you. Your presentations have taught me so much, and helped enormously in my enjoyment of paleontology. Thank you so much for your work. Always great to see a new Tim Tim adventure....always wondering what he will evolve too.
Reproduction often lags behind in evolution. Hyraxes gestate for nearly as long as elephants. Kiwis lay eggs similar in size to other ratites. Humpback and Gray whales migrate to the tropics to give birth, even though Narwhals, Belugas, and Bowheads all give birth in polar waters.
On dinosaur reproduction, I've had a theory that some of the bigger spices would use a strategy where they lay a lot of eggs and juveniles would have high mortality rates. Brontosaurus type dinosaurs, for example. Like, relatively few individuals ever made it to fully grown adulthood, but those that did would lay a lot of eggs. That would help explain why some of the non-avian dinosaurs went extinct but some of the avian ones did not (since their strategy was to invest a lot of energy into fewer offspring).
Troodon males mighta incubated the eggs like ostriches do. That way multiple females could leave eggs in one nest. Or they could have waited until they'd laid several batches of eggs to set and incubate the eggs. Most birds wait until they've laid a number of eggs over several days before they set and start incubating the eggs. Eggs kept around 55°F can keep for a couple weeks or so and don't begin to develop until brought up to incubation temp (set.) It's only necessary to keep them consistently warm once the eggs are set and an embryo begins to develop.
I know those isn't fully relevant. But my daughter insisted I let you know we have named our kitten who's a bit crazy 'TimTim' because of your videos lol
Dear Paleo Analysis i was wondering if you are still working on the complete history of the late triassic. I understand that you work very hard on it so i want to see if you take breaks when you finish or will making a project
Hello, I have attempted to be fully transparent with my followers on what has been going on. I know that it has been some time since I last uploaded a History of the Earth or anything else for that matter. The truth is that I am still here but I have had a lot going on in my personal life that has had an impact on everything I'm doing. It is my intention to be getting back into making content in the coming weeks, after all the show must go on... I hope you can find it in you to understand and just know that I appreciate every single one of my subscribers and I will be back as soon as I can. Thank you so much for sticking with me. ❤️👀
The Troodon nesting behaviour highlights something we see all the time, but somehow, we either ignore or forget, and that is an organism's behaviour and physiology evolve at different rates. Few people would think of a small group of female dinosaurs sharing the same nest after all. But I wonder- did male Troodonts incubate the eggs and raise the young like ostriches and emus do today?

The fact Troodon came to this conclusion shows they are deserving of their title as the smartest dinosaur.
Question : Are you going to do more Paleo Analysis of the other prehistoric fauna in the series La Brea ? Sabertooth / Smilodon Woolly Mammoth Wooly Rhinoceros Titanaboa Cave Bear / Short faced Bear Prehistoric vulture Spoilers for Sesaon 3 : Last warning ⚠️ if you don't want to be spoiled Megalania Sarchosuchus Tyrannosaurus Rex Spinosaurus Deinonychus / Utahraptor Triceratops Pteranodon
@@PaleoAnalysis Well it actually just ended recently . Season 3 was the final season. It was pretty good but I'm disappointed there weren't any dodos , passenger pigeons , or thylacines in the futuristic building from ten thousand BC.
@@juliancaraveo5700 I did hear that they eventually started getting into stuff beyond American Pleistocene fauna... To be honest I was kinda put off even more by that. Like, the show was called La Brea and it took place in Los Angeles.... getting into Dinosaurs seems like a cop out for ratings that kinda undermined the original premise of the show they were making.
Why don’t you get to make a suggestion creating RU-vid Videos Shows that’s all about The Lost Worlds: Madagascar on the next Paleo Analysis coming up next?!👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Steve and TimTim I want The History of The Earth like Prehistoric, So But I Think Six Mass Extinctions Called Big The History Prehistoric 5 five Mass Extinctions and 6 Six Mass Extinctions ☄️🔥🌋🦕🦖 Right ✅️.
I'd offer to make you hot chocolate to help you back into hibernation, but I'm not sure your current form is mammal enough to digest the milk. Feel better soon.
Prehistorica was having major health issues a year ago. I'm not at liberty to discuss it but just know he had a perfectly valid reason for not doing Paleo Rewind.
