Anyone with an ounce of humanity , reason and sense of justice, is backed into a corner. When others are lashing out left , right & centre. The gentleman is correct, no balance, extremists are filling the void. I can only wish that the roots of this conflict are eventually addressed and somehow progressive people across the region can find a way forward. I'm not holding my breath, its so deep seated and polarized at this point. I can't really walk a mile in any of their shoes, but we must not forget we are all human. Restrained and forward thinkers are on the backfoot, feel compelled to speak but its drowned out. Proud to be part of the Palestine solidarity march yesterday in Bournemouth, marched to the civic offices, very peaceful and shown great support to our brothers and sisters
USA and USSR back in the day divided Koreas effectively in agreement, and after minimimizing casualties with nukes, USA not 10 years later razed EIGHTY percent of the civlian infrastructure at the North Korean border. So there's room to go from the 50% in Gaza, counting of course the entire landmass as part of the border area. Obviously the dead zone of a bomb is always 100%

Actually he's speaking about 1967, and the occupation of the west bank and Gaza. "Palestine" never belonged to the people living here. They were under continuous occupation, and never unified as an entity, and of course lots of the occupiers migrated there. So when does an occupant become the owner?

I have listened to this man on Al Jazeera often, he speaks elequently. I just heard whilst watching George Galloway show ~ MOATS that Al Jaz'ra English has been cut from the UK broadcast network? If so this is a monstrosity. The only broadcast channel giving detailed coverage with reporters on the ground and in my personal opinion one of the best global broadcast news services in the world with a jewel of an investigatory/documentary film unit! Is this true?
