Even if you're pro-Palestinian & against a one-state solution, you can't expect millions of Israelis (most of whom were born there without a choice) to suddenly leave and jump into the Mediterranean Sea. It's unfortunate that so many Palestinians left after 1948 (by force or by choice) but it isn't feasible to expect the same of Israelis in the 21st century. You guys need to work this out and somehow coexist, religious sympathies aside (e.g. the drama over Jerusalem).

When I was in Israel-Palestine and the Westbank for a few weeks, I realized a lot of hatred and aggression from palestinians and short temper from Israelis when confronted with Arabs. Well, even if you think so, the two state solution is dead. It has been killed by the facts on the ground - the building of settlements inside the occupied territories, as well as the separation wall. (That is, if there ever - even back in 1948 - was a fair way to split the land into the Jewish and the Arab land.) Given that two-state solution is no longer an option, the way forward is the one-state solution: the creation of a single, secular, democratic state on the entirety of historic Palestine: Israel proper, West Bank, and Gaza.

The last man seemed like a genuinely good, sincere human being, but he was not entirely correct, Jews did not always live that well in Iraq, Syria, Egypt, etc. There were some peaceful periods, especially when these territories were dominated by foreign powers (Ottomans and then British and French), but quickly the political and social mood could change and the Muslim majority would attack and pillage its Jewish, Christian and Yazidi minorities.

Why do people keep saying that modern Israelis are not the real Jews because most are White Europeans? If you watch this video you will see that half of all Palestinians look like white people too. But the truth is that most Israelis are dark Middle Eastern looking people, that half of Israelis came from Arabic countries. Sure, when Jews lived in the diaspora in Europe, many intermarried with Europeans and they became whiter, when Jews lived in Ethiopia they became blacker, when they lived in India they became like Indians, when they lived in China, they became Asian looking. What´s the point? That does not mean they are not real Jews. Just like Muslims in Africa, just because they are black, does that mean they are not real muslims? Remember Nazi Germany and the racism they had against the Jews, they said Jews of Europe were easy to spot, most had dark skin, big noses, and kinky curly black hair. They put up posters everywhere showing what European Jews looked like. Most did not look the same as white Europeans. The most obvious Jewish looking people were quickly rounded up and burn´t in the Concentration camps, many of the Jews that survived in Europe, survived solely because they didn't look so Jewish, did anybody every think about that? So, the Ashkenazi Jews of today, those that survived the Holocaust, and went to Israel, many of them were of the whiter variety, hence they survived.

In considerable areas of the country, we bought lands from the Arabs. Jewish villages were built in the place of Arab villages. You do not even know the names of these Arab villages and I do not blame you, because these geography books no longer exist; not only do the books not exist, the Arab villages are not there either. Nahalal arose in the place of Mahalul, Gevat- in the place of Jibta, Sareid- in the place of Haneifs and Kefar Yehoshua- in the place of Tal Shaman. There is not one place built in this country that did not have a former Arab population.” Moshe Dayan said emphatically that if he were an Arab leader, he would never accept peace because “we took their country”. Hi, this is one of the translators. Thank you for watching and your feedback. Before the interviewees are on camera, we have to explain and persuade them to be on camera. But what he said isn't true. In the Quran that land is not promised to the *uslims, ever... In fact, it is recognised as the land God has commanded the Children of Israel to dwell in and even prophecies that near the end of times, Js would be brought back there "as a mixed crowd, from various nations." 😳 (Surah Al-Isra 17:104) More so, the thing about the rights ppl would have under *alestinians rule is bogus. All over the MEast, in basically every *rab *uslim country, minorities - Js and Chris included - are being persecuted and definitely discriminated against. So, cap. More so, *alestinians are raised up to hate Js since they are children, in their communities and families. They are also taught that *alestine is an *rabic *uslim land, which is not true. This does not happen conversely, in Js homes.

The word 'Palestine' is taken from the ancient Philistines. They were an ancient pagan people who lived in the area before the Babylonians forced them to move to Mesopotamia hundreds of years before Christ. The ancient Romans forced the Jews to leave Israel in the second century AD. The Romans renamed a large part of the area "Palestina" to insult the Jews. Then the area became populated mostly by non-Jewish pagans who had lived nearby. As Christianity spread, the region became mostly Christian. When Islam spread, it became mostly Muslin. The scriptures of the Jews plainly states that the land of Israel was given to them by God, and they lived there for hundreds of years. Mohammed said the Jewish scriptures were given by the god he worshipped, and the Jewish scriptures still say the same thing. They still say that the land of Israel was given to the Jews by God. Islam teaches that any land which was once controlled by Islam, will forever be considered to be Islamic land. Both sides claim to have a permanent, God given, right to the land. This dispute will not end until all Jews and/or Muslims die. Or Jesus returns.

Why haven't they taken over all their neighboring countries after 70 years and with a superior army. Why haven't they taken over Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, and Egypt? They gave the entire Sinai, a land several times the size of Israel, back to Egypt in order to have peace. If there really was a "Greater Israel Project," they would never have given that land back, they would have continued to expand their borders. It is the Arabs who keep thinking Israel has imperialistic ambitions when it is really just a tiny country where a bunch of holocaust survivors fled to in order to escape the Nazis (real imperialists). Look at all the muslim conquered lands (1/3rd of the world) and look at Israel, there's no comparison. If anything, there is a "Greater Muslim Project" that is slowly conquering Europe.

@White Brad Bad I am Israel. I came to a land without a people for a people without a land. Those people who happened to be here, had no right to be here, and my people showed them they had to leave or die, razing 480 Palestinian villages to the ground, erasing their history. I am Israel. Some of my people committed massacres and later became Prime Ministers to represent me. In 1948, Menachem Begin was in charge of the unit that slaughtered the inhabitants of Deir Yassin, including 100 men, women, and children. In 1953, Ariel Sharon led the slaughter of the inhabitants of Qibya, and in 1982 arranged for our allies to butcher around 2,000 in the refugee camps of Sabra and Shatila. I am Israel. Carved in 1948 out of 78% of the land of Palestine, dispossessing its inhabitants and replacing them with Jews from Europe and other parts of the world. While the natives whose families lived on this land for thousands of years are not allowed to return, Jews from all over the world are welcome to instant citizenship. I am Israel. In 1967, I swallowed the remaining lands of Palestine - the West Bank and Gaza - and placed their inhabitants under an oppressive military rule, controlling and humiliating every aspect of their daily lives. Eventually, they should get the message that they are not welcome to stay, and join the millions of Palestinian refugees in the shanty camps of Lebanon and Jordan. I am Israel. I have the power to control American policy. My American Israel Public Affairs Committee can make or break any politician of its choosing, and as you see, they all compete to please me. All the forces of the world are powerless against me, including the UN as I have the American veto to block any condemnation of my war crimes. As Sharon so eloquently phrased it, “We control America”. I am Israel. I influence American mainstream media too, and you will always find the news tailored to my favor. I have invested millions of dollars into PR representation, and CNN, New York Times, and others have been doing an excellent job of promoting my propaganda. Look at other international news sources and you will see the difference. I am Israel. You Palestinians want to negotiate “peace!?” But you are not as smart as me; I will negotiate, but will only let you have your municipalities while I control your borders, your water, your airspace and anything else of importance. While we “negotiate,” I will swallow your hilltops and fill them with settlements, populated by the most extremist of my extremists, armed to the teeth. These settlements will be connected with roads you cannot use, and you will be imprisoned in your little Bantustans between them, surrounded by checkpoints in every direction. I am Israel. I have the fourth strongest army in the world, possessing nuclear weapons. How dare your children confront my oppression with stones, don’t you know my soldiers won’t hesitate to blow their heads off? In 17 months, I have killed 900 of you and injured 17,000, mostly civilians, and have the mandate to continue since the international community remains silent. Ignore, as I do, the hundreds of Israeli reserve officers who are now refusing to carry out my control over your lands and people; their voices of conscience will not protect you. I am Israel. You want freedom? I have bullets, tanks, missiles, Apaches and F-16s to obliterate you. I have placed your towns under siege, confiscated your lands, uprooted your trees, demolished your homes, and you still demand freedom? Don’t you get the message? You will never have peace or freedom, because I am Israel.

That last guy LOL, a "moderate" of the Palestinian Authority - the whole land must be an Islamic theocracy, a Shari'a hellhole state where Jews would have the right to breathe the same air, "as long as they know their place". What was it he said, "there are Jews in the all the Arab countries", forgetting to mention they were all ethnically cleansed, exiled where not massacred. 800,000 Jews lost their homes, and had their ancient communities completely destroyed.
@interestingyoutubechannel1

@Starhopper Aren't you the one who lives in America, and tells Israelis "the facts on the ground"? I don't pretend we can make peace with Palestinian Authority, they are corrupt and antisemitic (their ideology is one based on ethnic cleansing), and they're afraid of the more extreme groups within their society. Their whole political system is a hopeless case of instability. BUT I think we can, and do, make peace on the grassroots level with Arab individuals who do not support or represent the Palestinian Authority. The success we've had in grassroots peace/coexistence projects, are not an answer to the conflict, there is none, but it is a positive droplet in a depressing ocean of misery. Some Palestinian Arabs are NOT politically motivated for any side, at all. Many just want to live normal, peaceful lives, and don't particularly care what ethnicity you are. Only that you let them be, and they'll return the gesture. In terms of terrorist sympathizers, no I don't vote for the communists or fascists. I also don't vote for the ones who mostly keep themselves silent about terrorist acts - United Arab List. I vote for left-wing Zionists. And regarding the west bank settlements, I don't think Area C conceded for a 'Palestine' would bring peace, at all. Left-wing Israelis who say different, are not being intellectually honest with themselves. But I also think our government policy toward resident Arabs in Area C is very damaging toward any hope for less instability, it just increases tension and violence. And its also unethical, that a simple Arab shepherd has to change his life because Jewish homes were built on his shepherding routes. Even if not on paper, its his land, it's not right. I sharply criticize our government for that. I also think people like you who encourage settlement building in the west bank have no clue about the consequences toward Israeli soldiers who have to deal with backlash, or those settlers having to be rescued, or the rise in people needing support for trauma, or the fear and anger that accumulates.. this would not be an issue if we just kept our focus on building communities and developing infrastructure in the Negev and the north instead! And why the f*ck do we need somewhere as disgusting as Hebron, it's in the bible, we had Jews living there, so freakin what! We have our historical homeland, we don't need every single ancient city we can concede some things for less insanity, surely. It sure ain't worth the countless sh*t experiences our soldiers have to go through, just to babysit there. There's more important areas for defense, like the communities near Gaza, and along the Syrian border.
@interestingyoutubechannel1

@Starhopper You know what, let the psychiatric patients run the asylum, just keep Israeli citizens, and in turn Israeli soldiers, out of it. Hebron is a psychiatric asylum, it's a mess, we shouldn't even attempt to bring it back to the fold of Israel. I don't see it as a concession, I see it as a relief, we should leave places like that, and deal with genuine high priority security issues that unlike Hebron annexation to Israel, are unavoidable - da'esh, hezbollah, hamas, PIJ, etc. on our doorstep. If our soldiers are to be put in danger, it should be for these realities confronting us, not for disputes and gunshots in newly built west bank settlements. It's an outrage what is going on.
@interestingyoutubechannel1
@interestingyoutubechannel1 4 года назад
@Starhopper Giving them Hebron (most of Hebron today is theirs now anyway) is not a reward, even if they do want it, it's like turning up to your home and saying here you go, I got you a great reward/gift, a wild bull! By the way it might destroy your furniture. I thought I explained clearly, maybe I didn't. I don't think it would lead to more peace, but it would be one less chaotic scenario to deal with. Maybe I'm wrong, but it doesn't seem to me that Hebron is a strategic point of control from security necessity. So one less problem to have in Israel's burdens. As you said, land concessions that do not include your entire country getting decimated, would not bring peace. What I said, is building more communities in disputed territory high risk zones, does not lead to more peace either. It's not a solution to anything. We have a lot of land in the Negev for investment and development. It's getting neglected. That's the problem with this whole thing on Area C controversy - it sways your attention away. People never discuss why we still have neglect to many existing Israeli communities, and still at the same time, continuing to build new communities in "the wild west". Area C chaos also turns people's attention away from political corruption cases, and economic issues, and domestic issues like education levels and its variability by region.

Starhopper The conflict between Jэws and Poland is coming now to the fore, with the 75th anniversary of Auschwitz liberation. It will be celebrated in two places: in Jerusalem and in Auschwitz. In Jerusalem, all important dignitaries will gather: the French President, the US Vice-President, the German Chancellor, the Russian President Putin. The Polish president Andrzej Duda preferred to skip the occasion altogether. President Putin is aware of the Polish controversy, and he decided to show the Poles that their relentless hostility to Russia can backfire. A few weeks ago on December 24, at the meeting of the Russian Ministry of Defence, Putin presented certain documents of the World War Two period, attesting to the rabidly anti-Jewish attitude of the pre-war Polish leadership. For instance, Jozef Lipsky, the Polish ambassador to Nazi Germany until 1939, told the Germans that the Poles would erect a monument to the Reichskanzler Adolf Hitler in Warsaw if he were to rid Poland of its Jэws. The Poles made a miserable attempt to put a spin on the damning words, saying that the Polish ambassador had meant to save Jэws by sending them to Africa, to Madagascar, to the harmless lemurs, in cooperation with Zionists. *---* *THE FACTS ABOUT THE SO-CALLED PALESTINIANS* *---* There has never been such a country called Palestine. Israel was re-formed on land previously ruled by the Ottoman empire, similarly to other countries in the region such as Lebanon, Iraq and others. There is no such thing as "Palestinian people". It's worth noting that newspapers such as the 'Palestine post' were Jewish newspapers (this one for example turned into the 'Jerusalem post'). This is also true about other official "Palestine" related stuff from the time before Israel was re-formed. Hebrews were the majority in Jerusalem even before the birth of the Zionist movement in the 19th century. If someone happened to use the term "Palestine" before the re-formation of Israel, he was referring to the homeland of the Jevvs (the land of Israel) - not the Arabs. It's worth noting that the flag of the "Palestinian Authority" is the flag of Hejaz. The British Mandate over the land, after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, actually included also what is now Jordan (which includes the "east bank" - part of historic Israel), and according to the League of Nations (precursor of the UN), this Mandate was to become a national homeland for the Jevvs (the Arabs would get their own independent lands in all the rest of the greater middle-east, an area which makes the land of Israel insignificant in comparison). Note that according to the UN's constitution, all the past resolutions of the League of Nation are valid. The British Authorities, due to their own interests with the Arabs (among others - future oil dealings), gave them 77% of the land - which later became what is now Jordan. There are over 20 Arab countries, and almost 60 lsIamic countries - each on average way bigger than Israel, but the Arabs couldn't tolerate the existence of tiny Israel, even after being given most of the land of the mandate. Instead, they tried to annihilate it by force with the Arab armies the moment it was officially independent (and have attempted to do so several times again since then). The coIoniaI term "Palestine" was discarded after it was brought to life under the British rule, as it should have been, because the original name for the land - Israel, has been restored (Israel is not Palestine, just like Jerusalem is not Aelia-Capitolina, and Schehem is not Nablus). It is only in the mid 1960's that the Arabs hijacked the term, and its widespread usage only took off after the 1967 Arab-Israeli war. The Arabs used this terminology as a political propaganda tool to de-legitimize Israel, after they failed to steal the Hebrew homeland by force with the Arab armies, by invading and attempting to conquer the land. Ironically, the term "Palestinian" originate from the term 'Pleshet' to describe INVADERS by the Hebrews. Those who willingly identify as "Palestinians" are declaring themselves to be invaders/colonizers in Hebrew land. It's important to note that this propaganda tool was supported by the Communists/Soviets. On the other hand, just a few decades before that, the Arab "Palestinians" were hand in hand with the Nazis. They have aided them under the leadership of the mufti Amin Al-Husseini - who is often regarded as the 'founding father' of the Arab "Palestinians". During WW2 he became an SS general, but he had anti-Jewish genocidal ideology long before the Nazis rose the power. He has incited and caused violence and terror against the Jewish people in their homeland since the early 1920's (for example: 1929 Hebron massacre). "Palestinians" are nothing more than bands of foreign invaders, squatters and illegal immigrants from all over the Islamic world - mostly the Arab world (some of them even originating from places that are not part of the middle-east, such as Bosnia), as well as several other places. The overwhelming majority of them first settled in the land of Israel in recent centuries - mostly in the 19th and 20th centuries. Some of them even came to Gaza, Judea and Samaria from Egypt and Jordan while these areas were under Egyptian and Jordanian occupation in the period between 1948 to 1967. Informative quotes from Arab "Palestinian" leaders: "There is no such country as Palestine. 'Palestine' was invented by the Zionists. There is no Palestine in the bible ...Palestine is ALIEN to us" - Arab "Palestinian" leader Awni Abdul Hadi, Peel Commission, 1937. "The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity... Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "Palestinian people" to oppose Zionism. Yes, the existence of a separate Palestinian identity exists only for tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan." - Arab "Palestinian" leader & PLO member Zuheir Mohsen, 1977. "I don’t think there is 'Palestinian People', I don’t think there is a 'Palestinian Nation' at all… 'Palestinian Nation'? I think that is a colonial invention. When were there ever 'Palestinians'?" - Arab "Palestinian" leader Azme Bishara, TV Interview. "We all have Arab roots, and every Palestinian in Gaza and throughout Palestine can prove his Arab roots - whether from Saudi Arabia, Yemen or anywhere else." "... Half the Palestinians are (Arab) Egyptians and the other half are (Arab) Saudis" - Arab "Palestinian" Hamas minister Fathi Hammad, 2012. Here are some common "Palestinian" families and their place of origin: Saudi, Al-Husseini, Al-Hassan, Hijazi, Tamimi, Erekat, Barghouti, Qureshi, Badawi - Saudi Arabia Yamani, Azad - Yemen Haddadins - Yemen (Ghassanids) Masri, Masrawa, Tartir, Bardawil, Fayumi - Egypt Abu Kishk, Shakirat, Zabidat, Aramsha, Abu Sitta, Abu Sutta, Shaalan - Egypt (Bedouins) Turki, Sultan, Uthuman - Turkey Iraqi, Baghdadi, Faruqi, Tachriti, Zoabi, Abbas - Iraq Nashashibi, Hurani, Allawi, Halabi - Syria Lubnani, Tarabulsi, Sidawi, Surani - Lebanon Bushnak - Bosnia Khamis - Bahrain Afghani - Afghanistan Mughrabi - Maghreb Araj - Morocco Djazair - Algeria Kurd - Kurdistan Hindi - Indian Subcontinent Abid - Sudan Yasser Arafat, the most famous "Palestinian" and leader of the PLO terrorist organization, was not native to Judea. He called himself a "Palestinian refugee" but spoke Arabic with an Egyptian accent. He was born in 1929 Cairo, Egypt. He served in the Egyptian army, studied in the University of Cairo, and lived in Cairo until 1956! His full name was Mohammed Abdel Rahman Abdel Raouf Arafat Al-Qudwa Al-Husseini. Yasser Arafat also proudly stated in his authorized biography that: "If there is any such thing as a Palestinian people, it is I, Yasser Arafat, who created them." Genetic data for "Palestinians": According to a 2010 study by Behar et al. Palestinians tested clustered genetically close to Bedouins, Jordanians and Saudi Arabians which was described as "consistent with a common origin in the Arabian Peninsula". A study found that the Palestinians, have what appears to be Female-Mediated gene flow in the form of Maternal DNA Haplogroups from Sub-Saharan Africa. Palestinian individuals tested, carried maternal haplogroups that originated in Sub-Saharan Africa. The explanation for the presence of predominantly female lineages of African origin in these areas is that they trace back to women brought from Africa as part of the Arab slave trade, assimilated into the areas under Arab rule. In a genetic study of Y-chromosomal STRs in two populations from Israel and the Palestinian Authority Area: Christian and Muslim Palestinians showed genetic differences. A 2013 study of Haber and et al. found that "The predominantly Muslim populations of Syrians, Palestinians and Jordanians cluster on branches with other Muslim populations as distant as Morocco and Yemen." The authors explained that "religious affiliation had a strong impact on the genomes of the Levantines. In particular, conversion of the region's populations to Islam appears to have introduced major rearrangements in populations' relations through admixture with culturally similar but geographically remote populations leading to genetic similarities between remarkably distant populations." Even according to the Quran: And thereafter We (Allah) said to the Children of Israel: "Dwell securely in the Promised Land. And when the last warning will come to pass, we will gather you together in a mingled crowd" [17 : 104] O my people (Jevvs)! Enter the Holy Land, which God has assigned unto you [5 : 21] We (Allah) settled the Israelites in a blessed land and provided them with good things [10 : 93] It was our (Allah's) will to favor those who were oppressed (Jevvs) and to make them leaders of man, to bestow on them a noble heritage and to give them power in the land (of Israel) [28 : 5-6] We (Allah) gave the persecuted people (Jevvs) dominion over the eastern and western lands which We had blessed (the east and west banks of the Jordan River). To me as an outsider, the one state solution makes the most logical sense. However, there is a lot of hate and mistrust on both sides that will take decades of living together to overcome.

Well if you knew that the majority of palestinians support Hamas which literally said "no jew will be left in palestine". Sounds like they cannlive together?

@@yairtayb8665 It’ll be rough for a few decades but after some time and interbreeding between the two, it would work. Another fundamental change would have to be that the state remains 100% secular. Religion should have zero influence on law. Hamas would have to go, as well as all nongovernment armed groups. Civilians should not have the ability to own firearms either.

@@yairtayb8665 I mean if they want to do a 2 state solution, it has to be something fair. Meaning all the settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem removed. Palestinian control of the border between Jordan and the proposed Palestinian state, Palestinians being allowed to have a national military.

@@yairtayb8665 a 2 state solution would be the legal recognision of the occupation. Imagine northern Cyprus Which is occupied by the Turks being recognised as a state. Till now no country in the world except of Turkey has recognised the illegal state. Israel is an illegal state too. The only reason the problem Israel have caused is the apartheid solution that was given to African countries.

Why the only peaceful solution is a 2 state scenario by 1967 boarders. At this stage it would be too difficult and a one state proposal would come across as a deception.

@Starhopper Gaza is what happens when you oppress a nation with illegal occupation for more than 70 years and a decade long blockade. so is the Gaza line the IDF keep accusing peaceful protestors of "attacking the boarder with balloons and kites"

Acts 2:36-38 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
