PALIA LORE: We TIME TRAVELED?! 

I don't know about the exact story of the fall of the humans. But I think our character was someone the last of the ancient humans intended to pop up when we did, and both Papa Einar and Mama Hekla were left on purpose, to intercept us when we emerged. They both have a hidden extra Oneness to guide us, possibly to lead humanity to regaining rule of Palia once again. Mama Hekla has dialog which leads me to believe she and Papa Einar know much more about the ancient humans than others realize.

It’d be so cool if our character turned out to be one of the scientists speaking in these notes. 🤯

The majiri are evolved from Shadow using flow. Tablets say shadows weren't smart enough to solve the Temple riddles. The smartest majiri can't figure it out. Just a thought

I also think that humans re-emerged from some vault where they were in stasis. Although it is weird, there were mentions that some people just barricaded in the temples. I also think that Phoenix and the voice we heard reemerging might be AI of some sort. Also also, Chayne mentioned in his friendship qust that signals from the moon warn of something bad happening because of human re-emersion, maybe someone still survives there and sends those signals. As for Majiri, I don't know. Grimalkin came from out of space at some point, maybe majiri could too)

I do believe the Majiiri are evolved humans. I feel like we will have to evolved into Majiri in the future in order to survive. I would love to have pointy ears and purple skin. Thanks so much for sharing.

I had the time travel thought after watching one of your videos a couple months ago! Only person i said the theory too was my mum so to have someone else have a theory was we time travelled gives me assurance

I think that our humans are simply blank clones of various people who lived in that past era. It was probably intended to copy consciousness/memories into them, but that storage failed (or was destroyed at some point intentionally or accidentally) and so we only get the basics like communication. That the Majiri speak a language the humans understand (and can also understand us) is probably due to common history or they adopted the human language (or maybe we're all speaking Grimalkin since they are just as old :P ). I am still wondering if either of them are the same 'shadow creatures' that caused humanity to run in the first place. The only npcs that can tell us are the Galdurs... maybe Tamala/Subira/Zeki and they don't seem too keen on answering yet (or more likely Singularity 6 is still working out the story)

I think we're probably going to hear more about the war in the future. I wonder if the shadow creatures are attracted to flow in a yin/yang kind of way? They seek out areas of abundant flow in a way to neutralize it? When you're completing the overseer quests to access thentemple of roots, the flame temple says it's unstable because of too much flow. I thinknthe Majiri could be an evolution of humans exposed to chaotic flow/unstable flow/shadow flow over time. Think Shannara Chronicles and how the elves, trolls and others all evolved from humans with the exposure of magic and such.

I was thinking about maybe the flow was like radioactive in a way and that's how the majiri evolved maybe maji was exposed to too much flow and they had a bad reaction and that's how it happened

I wonder if they may have like super collided the different flows together and created incredible unstable flow that infected people and created the shadows. Dark flow like a night sky, hence the fifth temple where all of this may have gone down. The Night Sky Temple.

Really like the theory about the Majiri. I remember discussing this briefly on twitch as well. I strongly believe that since lore says the Dragon was younger than the Phoenix, that the Dragon might have been "born" as a means to lead the Majiri (evolved humans/ shadow creatures which were exposed to flow via the cataclysmic events, and shunned by humans/ the Phoenix children). There's so many similarities between Majiri, and humans in culture, you can tell that in spite of the elvish ears, and purple skin (purple ish pink strongly resembling flow) they otherwise look human. Some of the npcs clearly look African American, Asian, and so on. If the humans were the ones who messed with flow, why are the Majiri Forbidden from doing so? Grimaldi can, and yes, there's a reason for why rules don't apply to them. But I don't think Majiri are Forbidden from touching flow simply as a fear tactic of "the dangers of what can happen, if used improperly". It seems more like the dangers of what would be revealed if they did.

I just hope if we do become Majuri later on Sabura is no longer part of the Order and we wont have to break up cause we had to evolve to survive.(Spoiler past this point!)The Order has a rule about dating in general but absolutely can't be a Majuri, but if Majuri are human then the Order should be restructured.
