Sir, I have one query. You said ,the fate of executive depends on Parliament and if parliament passes a no confidence motion against government( COM headed by PM) ,executive will dissolve. I agree to this point. But, the fate of parliament is decided by executive and if executive(COM headed by PM) goes to President and asks for dissolution of house,if President first dissolves the executive and sees whether political party forms the government.If there is no scope,then only he recommends for new elections. Am I right? Please confirm.
