Yes another great recipe and plenty of rice in Thailand something my Thai wife will like as it is a rice dish. My father many moons ago used to make something similar using using pork or beef. A dish I loved was with pasta, potatoes, onion and paprika.

we add butter with our olive oil for flavour and if u cook with butter only add oilive oil to butter and it wont burn butter
