the 1660 super's peak power is at 125 if im correct, so even with the processor and peripherals it roughly uses just about 50-60% of my current capacity (im using a corsair CV 550 bronze)

i dont know so much about the numbers but I've read the forums and watched videos so im sure im not sacrificing my pc performance and quality just to save money :) its better to add a little more than to spend a lot more later

it's either turned on or off permanently @Earl, from the comments that you will see in my video. they either have the problem. so far no one has been able use any new software to resolve this.

I had the same problem, I just bought this card bnew and also the lights are not turning on as well, do you find any solutions for this problem?

Just remove the old one and attach the new GPU. It is better to uninstall the old drivers to avoid conflict, but you can check if geforce experience can detect the new GPU, if yes, it should ask you to download and install the new drivers.

@@rowenlising5929 for me sir(if that's my pc), kabit mo na lang new GPU, then remove old drive/software(uninstall the whole gforce experience then clean residue files/registry with ccleaner) then reinstall geforce experience + download + install drivers

Hi Im from the Philippines, this is a cheap variation of the GTX 1660, but still they were all from nvidia, they were just rebranded just like 1660s from MSI and ASUS(rog) they just added some fancy design and LED lights.

@@BoyBoy-kd8hk kaka check ko lang now, wla na stock sa itworld, pero meron sila TUF 1660 super 6gb OC na triple fan priced at 14699 now. ang natira na lang sa shopee as of this moment is yung mga hindi nag change ng pricing, nasa 14k+ pa din yung dual fan like in my video, I suggest if kukuha ka yung triple fan na kunin mo since same price na sila nung dual.

we have the opposite problem 😅 mine doesn't turn off 😂 this is a old card and no software that i know off can toggle this light. you can also browse some of the comments for their situations

@@salvom.3789 if you read other comments and in reddit, there are different version of this card, from the cases I read, it doesnt matter if mobo is argb or rgb only. it just light up or not depending on the batch of card you have

yes, in terms of mag open ang game and makalaro ka, tho I don't think it would be advisable to playit on a very low fps or resolution setting. napaka demanding ng warzone in general

As per my research, this variant has a old software but did not work when i tried it, even geforce experience doesnt have the control for this palit gtx166s ' LED

this is the main problem for all of us, this can't be solved right now. 90% of thread here is about this 😅

Nvidia, but i recommend to download the geforce experience software for easy integration. it is also from their website. It will include the driver management and optimization of games from nvidia.

there are someinstances that after booting it doesnt spin. but now that i calibrated all my fans, I don't see them not spinning. maybe it is based on tha gpu temp like with the cpu fans

@@workitwillis2499 they use the same aoftware. regardless of brand, they all use geforce experience for their drivers. so I think they do have he same fan features.

sadly there is no way to turn it off using the official software. none that i know off. you can also read some of the threads. they have the same problem.

I haven't noticed any noise coming from the GPU fans even when playing warzone

the state of the LED differs for everyone, basing on the comments. once theyre ON/OFF from the start, it stays the same forever. no software to alter this

Same tayo sir although my idle is 42-44c. I'm reachinf 45-48c idle temps after ko mag laro ng heavy games sir. Same din tayo umaabot ng 77-78c while playing warzone. Di ko alam ano issue ng ganon pero nag email ako sa palit and sabi nila max temp daw ng gpu natin is 93c as long as wala naman errors or crashes sa gpu mo habang pumapalo ng 77-80c goods pa naman yan sir

did not happen to me but you can check the temps and check if it really is the gpu's fans are vibrating. are you sure its 60%? if it is beyond it may be overheating and might need cleaning + thermal paste change

@@nikkojoson Temps are ok, maximum registered was 72c with 66% fan speed but its too noisy after 60% fan speed. So i made a custom curve fan on afterburner to never go up more than 59% percent

@@nikkojoson Also i've done an undervolt to have 900mV @ 1995Mhz and reduce the temps to 2-3 degrees.

Choosing the GPU will depend on your needs and your budget. I choose the gtx1660s because my only target is to play warzone in 60fps or atleast maximize my monitor's refreshrate(75 only), i originaly had a rx750 and warzone is playable but it has difficulties rendering far away objects so I got this gtx1660 super and it really exceeded my expectation given the price. Now I also use this for video editing, gaming + streaming(1080p) and so far im quite satisfied.

the PALIT gtx1660 super is only capable of white led light. OTHER gtx 1660 from other brands support the RGB lighting from the motherboards software or through an add on to nvidias geforce experience software. It was also too late for me to know this, I dont even know that it has a led until I assembled it :D

kung naka stock wraith cooler ka ng ryzen, oks lang yan umaabot ng 80 basta may running process or intensive game, mainit talaga ang ryzen.

yung mga GPU namn today, basta ok ang airflow sa case mo and you are not forcing it to perform out of it's capabilities, hindi naman mag overheat yan. like what you can see in my other videos, im using settings where na maximize ko yung performance ng GPU ko pero not forcing it to perform more than that.

timplahin mo lang yung settings ng game mo to perform optimally without sacrificing your hardware. ganyan dapat ang budget gaming. if mag OC ka, do it at your own risk
