I love this! I've been trying to come up with a cheap or free material for a walkway that I could build around the perimeter of my property a little at a time. Pallets are perfect. I've broken down a number of pallets and I love the idea of cutting all of the nails with a reciprocating saw. Muuuuch faster! I have a suggestion for next time. You could have stacked a bunch of the pallet boards with one side of the ends lined up together and drilled through them all at once, then flipped them and lined up the other end to drill through at once. They would have the holes before you laid them on the ground. I love your RU-vid channel. 🙂

I have always used my Sawsall to break down Pallets...Additionally, when using Pallets for Vegtable gardens, or for indoor projects such as bed frames etc. be sure to use Heat Treated Pallets..You also might want to run the boards through a Planer... Pallets are so much fun!!!!
