Nice! Its a good start on how to process your own palm oil...i hope in the next 3-5 years you'll have a modern machine and clean processing plant,Good Job!
@@bantai9328 your mill in Malaysia surely is a lot bigger and probably processes 60 meric tonnes per hour, adheres to safety standards, hygienic, highly mechanised and more elaborate, but it the basic processes are just the same with this traditional factory. Here is the place where is palm oil milling started. Very interesting...
Nice video But you can use some plan and arrangements to do your work quickly efficiently and gently. Such as a plastic pipe to decant the oil, a storage behind the crusher, the compress-draining point just near the crusher, some shovels to move the materials etc...😊

You can still utilize the remaining empty bunches by letting it decompose e to let the edible mushrooms grow on the decomposing bunches just let it expose into an open area for partial decomposition after few weeks you will see white spots growing that is the fungus that form into mushrooms , edible and delicious , nutritious food
that is " raw "oil it still need more steps for human consumption. why i know, because i have worked harvesting the palm, extracting the oil and in a company who made the finished product. but i have to say this processs is very manual lol, in my country we have it with more machinery. but is still the same process just with less human force and more machinery force.
Very interesting process...can be modernised still. Avoiding carrying and dumping by using conveyors.... Can put another video till the final phase of edible oil production to reach the kitchen..
C'est bien de machinaliser la production . Un pepit conseil : ce que vous produisez est utilise dans l'alimentation. Alors revoyez les conditions de production.
It is an eye opener how you guys do it with manual processing of the Palm Fruit to Crude Palm Oil. As some of your other viewers have mentioned, hopefully some arrangement of layout and material can be done to help you extract more oil from the fruit. Overall, it is quite a good setup. All the best in your business.
