I was never a backpack person but saw many of your previous videos on them and started to admire them. I went to LV recently regarding a repair for my husband's new 6 key ring holder and not only did we walk out with a brand new key holder, but I picked up a Palm Springs PM reverse monogram also. I love being hands free while shopping and having a zipper since my bags are always falling over in the back seat.

The bags i touched and saw in 2006 are SO different than now. The bags now are all about quick construction with less details and all for looks and not durability. The canvas back then was thick and beyond sturdy and people say now, "well they use different thickness canvas for different bags." That's BS to me because the canvas back then was impeccable. Why change something that's not broken? It's called cutting costs and being cheap and not respecting the consumer. Let's be honest, they don't care how the bags wear now.... you get less bang now for a huge huge buck. Saaaaad.
GaryGarlic exactly!!! They use to ALL be thick and nice. And you never got backs with issues. Canvas didn’t crack and glazing had zero issues. Super sad

Thank you so much for this review!! It was SUPER helpful. I have the Palms Spring PM Backpack on my wishlist because I love my Coach Jordyn Backpack so much since I use it daily for work. But I was considering on getting the Montsouris MM or GM instead. But now watching your video, I might not get the Palms Spring anymore. There are pros and cons to both. But this was helpful for me so I can decide. Edit: I just purchased the Montsouris MM for $755 USD. I'm super excited! I'll be taking the Palms Spring PM Backpack off my wishlist. 🙂

I wanted to add the Montsouris in my collection but it’s selling like a hot cake every resellers. I love your top and I love supporting Underarmour and Oakley who supports our serviceman and women, veterans, firefighters etc. I hope I can find a good reseller because nowadays you don’t know which one is fake and real they look so alike. I love the look of the Montsouris and love the vachetta way more than the treated leather, it’s screaming LV to me. Believe it or not I put my neverfull mono in the washer once and it came out clean no problem with the vachetta. My Montsouris is getting very dark and I think I will put it in the washer to clean it out too. Love your video by the way😍
Too many issues with the new canvas, piping and glazing on bags. Vintage for me all the way! I want it for the summer out at the lake bumming around. I'll be stylist in shorts and tanks lol

I know! The prices are going up up up right now. I would keep stalking websites. A good idea, and something i've done several times...go to fashionphile and find one you like and make sure to have notifications on so when it goes on sale you can snatch it up!

I think the straps are cute...but only when on one shoulder. THey do feel nice when you wear both though, don't you agree? But i don't care for that look
