Wow- thanks for the kind words! Traps 5.0 has come out since this video and simplifies the install and configuration SUBSTANTIALLY. In 5.0 you can have a cloud-based management instance and we pre-configure the policies for security best practices. I've literally watched a company get access, create and install package for the client, and install half of the IT department in 20 minutes!! It's on my list to create a video that details the differences and shows off the new management cloud instance. I know I'm biased, but I'm a fan of the new version and NSS labs agreed in their 2018 report that Traps is a leader in the advanced endpoint protection space.
