@@hannibaljustincase9985 Yeah Paloma is among the bestselling female artists in the UK and she was consistently huge for years. She's only dropped off recently and going silver isn't nothing, the UK isn't great when it comes to female artists and few have lasted as long as she has. I remember falling in love with her first album when I was really young.

Amazing critique to be analysed in this video, especially in light of the documentary Paloma recently released: - Pregnant woman being stretched to her limits illustrates the demand of the music industry, particularly on pregnant women. - Woman has her tongue ripped out, highlighting the patriarchy where women are silenced by men, and do not feel they can say what they want (this shot was shown following the lyric "I don't know how to bite my tongue") - Heart being ripped out, signifies the heart being removed from the Art in pursuit of commercial gain. Not necessarily doing what you heart is in, but doing what the label and management want. - Notable that a man is doing this to women, and yet at the end, the women come together and fight back. Very powerful image in light of the #MeToo movement.

I have loved this song since the minute it came out because Paloma is always exceptional but also I gotta say the male actor playing on this m/v is so freaking talented, the first time I saw the video I got goosebumps for his amazing performance... This is by far my favorite song on Infinite Things and one of my favorite Paloma songs ever. I was kinda scared when I realized there was a video for it, usually my favorite songs on albums get really crappy videos. I'm so glad I was not disappointed!
