I’m not sure if he also died, but I’m pretty sure he’s still alive. One of the hazards of casting old folk for long running series.

@@luisbalbuena6563 yep the Original Actor was Leonard Nimoy (Best known as the actor for Spock in Star Trek) then it was Rutger Hauer (who is well known for his character Roy Batty in the movie Blade Runner) then their was Christopher Lloyd aka Doc Brown from Back to the Future. All of them are old men by this point and at least two of them died playing this guy.

Depends on how they scale Palpatine in comparison to every other Sith... like that one Sith that destroyed 12 suns at once, or Darth Nilus that ate entire planets, or his force storms. And if they do composite then that also gives Palpitine amped Lightning.

Palpatine is a better swordman and has access to the Force. That allows him to see the vaguely see the future, predict ones movements, mind control people, force choke any organ he wishes from anywhere in the universe, rip planets in half, and collapse stars. Not to mention he can throw his soul into willing or unwilling bodies.

Feels like it's perfectly in character for Xenahort's arrogance to cost him the fight; same goes for Palpatine, I wouldn't be surprised by using that approach to finish him off.

He never bragged about any accomplishments he always believed that he could be beaten by someone he deemed “an ordinary kid” (Sora) never once believing it to be a fluke. Xehanort is also created to be a spectacular strategist by almost everyone. Xehanort only believed that he should be the one to recreate everything because no one else wanted to, not because he was superior to anyone. So yeah Xehanort isn’t all that arrogant, while Palpatine sorta, most people exaggerate it a lot mainly because of episode 9. Palpatine believes he has better control over people than he actually does most of the time but whenever he knows that he doesn’t there are few that creates strategies like him.

Ever since the atrocity of episode 9, I would actually hand this to Palpatine. Purely for the (now) canonical statement that he posesses ALL of the power of EVERY Sith that had ever existed. Meaning that he literally has every major feat every sith lord has ever accomplished simultaneously for his attack and defensive stats.

It has the versatility yes, but it isn't as intelligent. The koopa has a great defense and can be scary when done right. However, the koopas are cowards and can't stop themselves once they are sent kicking. If you watched Death Battle Goomba vs Koopa, you get the point from the old results years ago. I do wish it could be the two from Bowser's Kingdom.
