Thank you for a very informative video, you delivered it in a clear precise way, that made it easy to understand. Not that I am an athlete, but it still answered questions that I hadn't know to ask.

Can fasting spur an AFib incident? I was fasting every single day for 16-20 hours without electrolytes and had my first and only afib incident. I am an endurance athlete, which I understand is a risk factor, but it's been three months and it has not happened again.

What’s considered excessive? I do an average workout with cardio/ weights once a day.

I got tested for all heart tests and they came out normal but i still get pvcs or palpitations. I get them more when i try to go out for a walk and it bothers me so much that i don't actually do exercise anymore. The doctor had told me that in my hotter monitor results he saw skipped beats but he didn't tell me how many? I feel lightheaded all day sorta dizzy sometimes. Should i go to another cardiologist?

+Armando Ruiz did your cardiologist did an echo , to see your heart? you should fix your diet first , no alcohol , no caffeine, fix your sleep, take some magnesium and do a little endurance exercise 20-30 min a day based on wat u can do if 20 min it too much then do 15min but the secret do not burned out ;)

i did have a echo and it came out to normal. but the thing is that i feel lightheaded every single day and hour of the week.

+Armando Ruiz the thing is Cardiologist only concerned about heart deseases so when you have a Normal heart structure and no heart desease they job is done ,they can give some advice to try reduce pvcs but thats all they can do for you so you might talk with your general practitioner about the lightheaded

Don't see a cardiologist... Go see an electrophysiologist, and also a reputable corrective chiropractor.

I have a question. My daughter plays soccer at a competitive level and she is very young and now I'm wondering how much is too much for her? I don't want to put her at any unnecessary danger.
