Hey so we were having the same trouble with the doorknob I actually came to your video for help! My husband just figured it out. You just have to push it in hard to snap together!! Hope this helps

You have to push the black piece really hard into the round hole of the other black connection. I initially thought screw wasnt long enough but that was because I hadn't lined it up correctly. It does fit. Well done

An update this is now two years old and stood through so many storms and bad weather.

Had a 6' x 10' greenhouse previously with sliding door, but fed up with it coming down in strong window. Wished though I'd left its base in situ. Had a couple of guys in to assemble it, found near the end with the door handle assembly - 2 of one part & nll of another. Makes sent me a another complete kit. Handyman was able to piece it together in no time. Only thing did have a centimetre magnetic block left over - anybody any ideas?
