It is a lot more like Pokemon Legends Arceus which deviated a bit from the Pokemon formula. Palworld is definitely a survival crafting game first. It also reminds me of Dragon Quest Builders 2 a bit with the NPC automation.
I can't believe this PokeHunter Survival game actually became legit after all the criticism and the memes made about it being the off-contexy pokemon game.
This gam has SO much more content then I ever dreamed theyd accomplish! Its like a very smart band of people sat down and said- Ok we like pokemon. Breath of the Wild has great visuals and sounds. The fast travel is satisfying too. Oh, and ark has this great radial menu, and boss fights. But none of that breeding and sacrificing dinos every time nonsense, but it does havean amazing general ability to control tames. Itd be funny to throw in ironic slavery, like if pokeballs worked on humans. Alright, anything else? Yes John? Ah yes, John liked automation games nearly forgot about that. Anything else? Alright, lets hop to it.

Now THIS is how you make a Pokemon fan game; it's legal enough to be monetized, while having all of the fun stuff Pokemon fans have wanted but haven't gotten. Too bad it's not on Switch yet.

This game looks so much fun I really really want to play it now and I think this game is inspired by ARK survival evolved and a heavy mixture of pokemon
U should give all ur stats on weight first and u can assign ur Pals to gather wood and build structures, not just help but u can assign them a building to build on their own as well... U can actually ride the nightwing
I thought it said you could dismantle built objects in the same menu you build them. For controllers, it showed clicking down on the right joystick. I'm not sure what it'd be for the keyboard and mouse. From what I'm seeing, the maps are the same. Hopefully rather quickly the devs or mods come out with alternative maps! That'd be so awesome. I'm excited for this game for sure.
It hurts watching you unlock everything you see instead of saving your points to unlock what you need… please please please save your points and unlock craft ables when you need to use them 😭

When you were mixing and matching all the male and female body parts as you worked on your character customization, I couldn't help but think that this is probably what it would look like if you did a video where you were ordering your own custom love doll off of some manufacturer's web site.
1 hint: lamballs are LITERAL walking shields when EQUIPPED to yourself they can absorb most attacks from guns!!! Just remember the trailer!!! Hehehehe!!!

they should add a terraria like system, where u can create different players, and different worlds on those players. where u keep all ur stuff and can transfer it to another world on your profile. it would make it much easier for advanced players to swap worlds whilst keeping their stuff to farm ores.

I was honestly surprised when I found out I could catch humans in this game. I was being chased by guards cos I accidentally killed an npc cos one of my pals was on Agro mode. The guards tried to kill me but I had modded the game where I had infinite hp so they just stayed forever. I wanted to shake them away but they wouldn’t die so threw the ball thinking it would just break. You can imagine my jaw dropping when the first guard I threw the sphere at entered the ball
This is pla, ark, and botw in one game. The area sound is also extremely similar to the one in botw. Edit: I’ve also heard that menu sound before. Oh wait, Pokémon unite uses it. Edit 2: the fast travel point looks like the oot and hyrule warriors versions.
It seems most of these animals or palmon or pretty much just animals it's just most of them seem docile until you meet more bigger ones that are not docile. Like the cat,the chicken and that black owl thing seem to be docile for the most part unless you smack them upside the head.😅😅😅
I got this game on pc and got the "free" version. its nice but it feels way incomplete, There is not many people around mostly and towns have like 2 npc's, its like being on a abandoned Island type with really no goal. survival is super easy unless you go after something high level. They need to add way more Npc's that roam that you can actually battle pals, kinda like the tower boss etc. Instead of the mercs that just kill the pals instead.
